Family Partners is an Adult Day Center that specializes in socialization, stimulation, and supervision for seniors, especially those with Alzheimer’s and dementia. Our mission is to To enhance the quality of life of those with memory loss through stimulation, socialization and supervision provided in a home like setting.
Adult Day Services provide a safe, socially active and supervised place for a senior to come for part or full days, promoting an environment for socialization, stimulation, and engagement with life. Adult Day Services also benefits caregivers by providing a break for family members who have caregiving responsibilities.
